Business Education Partnership Foundation
Rutherford County, Tennessee

History of the Business Education Partnership (BEP) Foundation

The Business Education Partnership (BEP) Foundation was formed in 1988 with the help of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of establishing this foundation was to create outstanding schools by applying resources to bold ideas which would bring schools and businesses together to prepare our future workforce.

The Business Education Partnership (BEP) Foundation is a 501(c) (3) organization that operates exclusively for non-profit scientific and educational purposes by receiving grants, donations and contributions of real and personal property. Funding is used to create and promote programs which enhance and improve Murfreesboro City and Rutherford County Schools by creating opportunities for business leaders, educators, and students to collaborate.

The BEP Foundation has developed partnerships with public education systems in Rutherford County to provide a robust learning environment which emphasizes the relevance of school curriculum in the workforce as well as in our daily lives in the community.

BEP Foundation programs provide students with the knowledge and understanding they need to "connect the dots" and make purposeful, intentional choices about their future careers.
