Books From Birth

Governor Bredesen started Tennessee’s Books from Birth Foundation in support of Dolly Parton’s reading program, Imagination Library. The program partners local funding with government support to enable local schools to provide age-appropriate, hard cover books each month to children in their county from birth until the age of five.
