Ascendant HR Counselor Leadership Institute
CLI provides elementary, middle, and high school counselors with professional development training on current trends in workforce development, employment opportunities, educational needs and human resource requirements in Rutherford County.
CLI consists of monthly program days September-March. Program days focus on particular topics and industries that will assist counselors in helping students in seeking internships, employment and and post-secondary education. CLI also provides counselors with opportunities for networking with local business and community leaders.
Funding for the CLI is provided by Ascendant HR in Murfreesboro, TN.
